My Dearest Katsuno:-

Received Roy's 17th but stamped 23rd letter last night with many thanks, delighted to know you and boys well and work.

How are you since 17th. I am well as gain three pounds as next man and news man lost their weight now. Almost every body well but a Creaner ill. I think you will call Miss Takako about middle of Oct. I learned from Rev. Mitsuo, that Rev. Kitagawa in Tule Lake, Calif. Also I heard you met Mr. Tokuzo at friend's home in Puyallup in late of July. How is Mr. Mrs. Kimura?

It is good thing to open school, I hear, Oct. first, isn't it? I wish you get good homestead sooner. Did you met Mr. Hara?

Roy need take lessons for to write any stories in journalism and creative writing before he start to try to publish. It is hard job to be author!

I use this tablet on account other shortage. Envelop [envelope] too. Dear must be busy, as usual after moved to relocation center. Season is now changing and as you are not get used to the climate there, please best care of yourself for my sake. Tell to Roy and Arthur – do not fall into bad company always be very careful. I have been worrying about this all the time since I left home. The moon was full last Thursday night. It was a pleasant evening. After taking shower bath I enjoyed the moonlight all the eve, with deep thinking of Dear you probably watching same moon at same time from Minidoka.
