My Dear Katsu,

Received letter of 28th and the precious handy thermos and delicious candy with my hearty thanks. Gave some to uncle and both side of my bed the right white hair man. Teacher, old man are good, cleaner is ill but lucky meet his visiting son.

I guess you are moving to relocation center, wish you safely arrived. You and Roy good to Mrs. Misao I told him. Not renounce my privilege of letter week mailed you c/o Mrs. Kiku, my Japanese ode yesterday but will take time for censor. We have more flower in our garden, there is three of jack rabbits and a tortoise which we capture in the sage brush field. I could guess how you felt at Mrs. Nakai dinner party. Make me melancholy but change to the feast and my mouth watering for think of the tuna fish and the fries. We have plenty meat but not much fresh fish. I don't remember what told to Mr. Kaneko but not important anyway. Thanks for air stamps. I have many of them now, bought by my monthly coupons. Am healthy as 145 LB summer weight.

I heard many things about Minidoka. Please best my regards to Miss Nakayama Block 3-10-E, Yoichi couple and Mrs. Kiku, Miko, Akiyama and Mrs. Misao, Seiji, others waiting letter from Idaho. Best care yourself for my sake.

Your loving Genji
