This is to notify you that the following documents pertinent to the indefinite educational leave of Ruby Ayako Inouye, 15-3-B, have been collected by this office and forwarded to the Leave Section of the War Relocation Authority in Washington, D.C.:

1) WRA Form 26 in quadruplicate.

2) Evidence that the student has been accepted by the educational institution he wishes to attend.

3) Evidence that the student has sufficient financial resources (from his own or his family's funds, or from a scholarship, or from a work opportunity already assured) to pay travel costs to the new community, college fees, and living expenses.

4) Evidence that there is some friendly person or group in the new community ready to help the student if need arises.

If the student's application is approved, you will be notified from Washington, D.C.
