Densho Legacy Archive Collection

ddr-densho-506

The Densho Legacy Archive is a physical collection housed on-site at the Densho offices in Seattle. The collection is comprised of institutional records that cover the period from Densho’s conceptualization as the Densho Legacy Project to the present day as a digital repository. 150 photographs from this collection have been published in the Densho Digital Repository. These records include paper material which make up the bulk of this collection and several other record types such as the remaining ~2000 photographs and objects such as cds, floppy disks, posters, and oversized design documents. The Densho Legacy Archive is a great resource for learning more about the institutional history of Densho, the work that Densho does, and the people that have worked for the organization.
