DESCRIPTION

Caption by Homer Yasui: "This portrait appears to have been a Japanese doctors' clinic in Japan It shows five Japanese women dressed in white uniforms so they must have been nurses in the clinic. Whom I presume to have been the owner-doctor is dressed in a morning coat and striped pants, and is even wearing dove-gray spats...on the back wall there is the Japanese equivalent of a Snellen eye chart."
