Bratt, Administrator for Redress, Office of Redress Administration, Civil Rights Division, United States Department of Justice, addressing an identified person who was forced to evacuate and incarcerated during the war and is potentially eligible for the compensation. It informs of the the Civil Liberties Act of 1988 and instructs to submit the required documents for restitution payments.
