    "bioghist": "During WWII, the Seattle Betsuin Buddhist Temple stored goods for members during mass removal. The items were moved in 1943 by the Lyon Van and Storage Company for storage in lots. Yoshito Fujii was detained soon after the bombing of Pearl Harbor and separated from his family for a time. He corresponded with his wife, Yukiko, and two of his three daughters, Midori and Ayako, regularly. Yoshito and Yukiko were also owners of the Cascade Soda Company. At Minidoka, Yoshito was active in several councils and commissions.",
