    "description": "Envelope addressed to Dr. Keizaburo Koyama at Camp Livingston from his wife, Teru Koyama, at Minidoka. Postmarked Apr 9, 1943. In red pencil below the return mailing address “April 19-43” is written. Where postage should be “Internee of War/Free Mail” is written in black ink. Along the left side of the envelope is clear tape with the number 389.  On the back of the envelope is a purple \"RECEIVED\" stamp dated Apr 19, 1943.  The letter is written in Japanese and is not translated; it appears to mention the War Relocation Authority and when the war will end.  The letter is dated April 4th in Japanese.",
