Four women in yellow and blue dresses sit around the float, one is holding a purple ribbon.  On the front of the float is a small yellow sign with the number 5 on it.  A Royal Rosarian is escorting the float, and another man dressed in grey-green pants and a blue and green floral shirt is holding a camera and walking along side the float.  The Portland Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland.
