The float is of rainbow coming out of an overturned leprechaun pot with six young women in yellow gowns sitting along the rainbow.  A woman in a white gown stands at the mouth of the pot holding a bouquet of red roses and a pink ribbon.  The front of the float reads \"Tigard\" the side reads \"At the end of the rainbow.\"  On the front of the float is a small yellow sign with the number 26 visible.  The Portland Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland.
