The float has \"Sport of Queens\" written on the side in yellow flowers.  The float depicts greyhound racing, two men in red uniforms stand on the float, one holding the collar of a greyhound dog wearing a green cover with the number four on it.  A young boy sits in front holding a red ribbon.  The Portland Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland.
