The float is decorated in pink and white flowers.  A woman stands near the back of the float in a pink dress.  The side of the float reads \"Pasadena Tournament of Roses.\"  On the front of the float is a small yellow sign with the number 10 visible.  A Royal Rosarian marches in front of the float.  The Portland Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland.
