A woman is riding on the back of the float in front of a large red heart with an arrow through it.  A young boy in a bowler hat stands in the middle of the float touching up the depiction of Cupid.  Written on the sides of the float are \"Neighbors of Woodcraft\" and \"Insurance with a heart.\"  On the corner of the float a yellow sign with number 20 is partially visible.  The Portland Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland.
