The float has a large white sign above reading \"Mixer Mobile\" red and blue flowers.  Sitting on the float are unidentified people under flower umbrellas, one of which has a red ribbon hanging from it.  A tractor pulls the float and is decorated in yellow flowers.  Between the tractor and float is a large flower globe made out of white and orange flowers with a white ring around the equator.  The Portland Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland.
