The float is of a green and pink bloomed flower with three riders sitting on top of the float dressed as elves in teal costumes, waving to the crowd.  On the front of the float is a small yellow sign with number 43 on it.  A Royal Rosarian escorts the float.  The Portland Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland.
