    "bioghist": "Tatsuo Inouye was born October 31, 1910 in Montebello, California. Tatsuo Inouye moved back to Japan with his parents and brothers in 1912. Tatsuo returned to the United States sixteen years later in 1928. Tatsuo opened a judo dojo, the Sen Shin Dojo, upon his return to California. He also taught Japanese in Lancaster, California where he met Lili Sugimoto. \r\n\r\nLili Sugimoto was born on October 31, 1916 in Montebello, California. She grew up on an alfalfa farm in Lancaster, California. Lili Sugimoto married Tatsuo Inouye on September 9, 1934. The newlyweds went on a year long honeymoon to China, Korea, and Japan. Tatsuo and Lili had two daughters, Sayuri and Masako. \r\n\r\nDuring World War II, the Inouye family was first sent to Poston concentration camp. However, Tatuso Inouye was moved to the Tule Lake Segregation Center Stockade after being labeled a \"No-No\" boy. Lili Inouye followed Tatuso to Tule Lake Segregation Center with their two daughters. Tatuso and Lili exchanged letters while he was separated from the family in the stockade.\r\n\r\nAfter the war, the family moved back to East Los Angeles. Tatsuo worked as a gardener and judo instructor. Lili worked as a floral designer. Tatsuo and Lili had one more daughter after the war.",
