    "bioghist": "Ronald Ikejiri was born in Los Angeles California in 1948.  His parents had been incarcerated at Tule Lake.  After replying \"no-no\" on the \"loyalty questionnaire\" his father was incarcerated at the Department of Justice camp in North Dakota, and later reunited with his family at camp in Crystal City, Texas.  After the war, the family returned to California.  Ronald Ikejiri attended UCLA and Northrop University School of Law.  In the late 1970's he worked as the Washington representative for the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) and worked during the creation of the Commission on Wartime Relocation and Incarceration of Citizens (CWRIC) and the movement for redress.  He was elected to the Gardena, California City Council in 2001.",
