He encloses a dependency allotment form 620 in the letter and instructs Hatsuno to fill it out and talk to the Red Cross for assistance. He also asks her to send him a letter and receipt from the New York Life Insurance Co, which are stored in their barracks in the Rohwer camp. He explains that those documents are required when he goes overseas.
