Nisei male. Born August 4, 1924, in Los Angeles, California. Grew up in Los Angeles where parents ran a nursery business. During World War II, removed to the Santa Anita Assembly Center, California, and the Granada concentration camp, Colorado. After leaving camp, lived briefly in Illinois before returning to California.
