Two Issei friends (ddr-densho-87-1)
Buntaro M. & Shinbei U., two friends who emigrated from Japan in 1903. They had this professional photo taken in 1909 to send home to their parents in Suzuhari Village in Japan for marriage purposes. (Caption information courtesy of Gary Mukai.)
