DESCRIPTION
Envelope addressed to Dr. Keizaburo Koyama at Camp Livingston from his wife, Teru Koyama. Postmarked Apr 17, 1943. In place of postage “Internee of War/Free Mail” is written in pen in the upper right corner. Along the top of the envelope “4/30-43” is written in red pencil. On the left edge of the envelope is clear tape with the number 194 printed on it. The tape continues onto the back and has “EXAMINED BY” printed on it. On the back is a purple "RECEIVED" stamp dated Apr 30, 1943. Inside the envelope is a letter written in Japanese. The letter has not been translated.
