Letter and envelope from James Albert "Al" Johnson to Miyuki "Kay" Kida in Nyssa, Oregon, dated December 14, 1943. Mentions having to pay income tax for "all of us down here." Says that the Kida family shouldn't try to visit Mrs. Pyatt because she would not know them. She was moved to Medical Lake after trying to jump out a window at North Bonneville. Says he will talk with George when he comes to visit about Lou McKenzie buying the Krogman place.
