Kenjiro and Miyuki “Kay” Kida Family Collection

Envelope addressed to George Kida in Nyssa, Oregon. Letter from Dan and Sarah Mosier to George Kida and his parents, Kenjiro and Kay, dated June 20, 1943. Says it has been about 18 months since they have heard from the Kida family. Asks if they were allowed to return to their ranch but notes that their address shown as under J.P. Dunaway in Nyssa, Oregon. Asks after Mrs. Pyatt. Mentions what they have been up to with their farm and livestock. Mentions the possibility of Japanese internees going to several Midwestern states to work. Invites the Kidas to come work on their ranch if they need a place to go.
