DESCRIPTION

Black and white photographic print of Tami Okamura (turning to face camera) and Capt. Jayson Har seated on the Fujiya Hotel's patio. Inscribed on back: "FUJIYA SEP 50/CAPT JAYSON HAR & TAMI." According to the donor, the Fujiya Hotel was a resort hotel that the U.S. military commandeered for “R and R” (rest and relaxation). Both military and civilian personnel used the facilities.
