Color slide of Portland Rose Festival Parade float 26 driving down W Burnside in front of a crowd gathered in front of Shoreline Hotel on the corner of NW Second Ave and W Burnside. The float carries the Rose Festival Junior Court. The court is riding on a carriage made of yellow flowers that is lead by a large horse head made of yellow flowers. A clown is escorting the float. The side of the float reads "East Side" and the front of the float reads "Junior Court." A small yellow sign is visible on the front of the float with the number 26 on it. The Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland.
