Color slide of Rose Festival Parade float 22 driving down W Burnside in front of a crowd outside W.L. Reid Company Building Hardware Specialties. The float has a circus theme with three seals made of black flowers balancing balls of red and yellow flowers on their noses. The float has three riders on top, two women in pink gowns and one man in a black suit and top hat. The side of the float reads "Retail Trade Bureau" and has a small yellow sign with the number 22 on it. The Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland.
