Color slide of Rose Festival Parade float 24 driving down W Burnside in front of a crowd outside W.L. Reid Company Building Hardware Specialties. The float has a circus theme with a clown riding backwards on a donkey made of brown and yellow flowers, with two women dressed in blue sitting on tight ropes, and a man dressed in a red suit standing on the back of the float. Two men in suits escort the float, one dressed in the white suit of a Royal Rosarian and one dressed in a blue suit with a straw hat. The side of the float reads "Hollywood District of Portland," the front reads "Big Top" and has a small yellow sign with number 24 on it. The Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland.
