Caption on reverse: "4/8/44. U.S. Gen. Stilwell has hurried meal on Burma front. Lieutenant General Joseph W. Stilwell (right), Commander in Chief of U.S. forces in China, Burma and India, interrupts breakfast to issue orders, somewhere on the Northern Burma front. At left is Major George C. Campbell of the U.S. Army. American and Chinese troops in Gen. Stilwell's command, advancing in Northern Burma, have killed 5,000 Japanese up to March, 1944."
