DESCRIPTION

The 1986 Lake Sequoia Retreat summer camp. Caption on front: "For many decades, Wednesdays were special at LSR. The mothers from the Fresno area would come up and cook lunch, versus eating camp food. At some point, Helen (4th from right in long blue shirt) Hanashiro's chow mein became a favorite. The food at LSR (at least by the 1970s) was none too good and it was a great day when the mothers cooked instead."
