CSU Dominguez Hills Okine Collection

A letter from Jokichi Yamanaka to his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Seiichi and Tomeyo Okine. Jokichi informs that he has received the chrysanthemums mailed from the Okines but that the flowers are a little damaged because he was not notified of their arrival due to telephone troubles. Due to the delay, the flowers were left in the post office for a while. The arrival date of the letter, November 4, 1950, and the replied date, [November] 6, are recorded on the backside of the envelope.
