Nobuyuki writes from Japan where he is stationed as a US Army soldier of Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers or General Headquarters (GHQ). He describes his work place, Prince Shimazu House, in Tokyo, Japan, and also improvement from inadequate supplies in Japan after the war.
