Guidance Bulletin No. 2 written by Elizabeth Moxley and Edward G. Chester for the Department of Education. The bulletin addresses the following subjects: crippled children, clothing, home visits, school health, and social studies. The school health section discusses the procedures for helping a student if they become ill during the school day and recommends the elementary teachers, especially, should receive training in simple first aid.
