The side of the float reads \"U.S. National Bank,\" the front reads \"Blowing Bubbles.\"  On the front of the float is a small yellow sign with the number 10 printed on it.  Behind follows a marching band in red uniforms.  The Portland Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland.
