    "bioghist": "Frank Hirahara was born in Washington State, and was interned at Heart Mountain as a boy.  Frank and his father photographed their experiences at Heart Mountain, developing his love of photography.  Frank moved to Portland, Oregon in 1948 to work as an engineer at Bonneville Dam.  He become an active member in Portland's Japanese American community, documenting the times with his camera.  He also become active with the Oregon Camera Club, developing his artistic lens until he moved to Los Angeles in 1954.",
