A cannon made of green flowers is on the back of the float with man in a clown costume peeking out and waving at the camera.  A woman in a red hat sits behind the cannon as is holding a pink ribbon.  A Royal Rosarian in a white suit escorts the float.  The side of the float reads \"First National Bank\" while the front reads \"Human Cannon.\"  A small yellow sign on the front is visible with the number 31 on it.  The Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland.",
